About UADshift

UADshift is a free reference tool for the appraisal industry, mapping fields between UAD 2.6 and UAD 3.6.

The data here is sourced from the UAD Redesign Appendix G-1 — Cross Reference Guide v1.4, the official spec published by the GSEs.

What you can do

• Search by 3.6 MISMO data point, attribute, or xPath.
• Search by 2.6 field identifier (e.g. a Form 1004 field ID).
• See a side-by-side comparison of the legacy and redesigned definition for each field.
• Browse the full list of fields that are new in 3.6 with no 2.6 equivalent.

Coverage

• 1625 total fields in the UAD 3.6 spec.
• 492 have a documented 2.6 cross-reference.
• 1133 are new in 3.6.
